Fraser Valley Cascades

The Fraser Valley Cascades are the varsity athletic teams of the University of the Fraser Valley (UFV), located in Abbotsford, British Columbia, Canada. The Cascades compete in the Canada West conference of U Sports, the national governing body for university sports in Canada.

The University of the Fraser Valley (UFV) Cascades are named after the Cascade Mountains, which run along the eastern border of the Fraser Valley. The Cascade Mountains are a beautiful and rugged mountain range that is home to some of the most popular hiking trails in British Columbia.
