The Dallas Desperados were a professional arena football team based in Dallas, Texas. They played in the Arena Football League (AFL) from 2002 to 2008. The Desperados were owned by Jerry Jones, who also owns the Dallas Cowboys.

The Desperados nickname was a reference to the Wild West outlaws who were known for their daring and recklessness. The team's uniforms were also designed to be both stylish and intimidating, with black and silver as their primary colors.
