Brampton Beast

The Brampton Beast were a professional ice hockey team that played in the ECHL from 2013 to 2020. They were the affiliate of the Montreal Canadiens from 2015 to 2017, the Ottawa Senators from 2017 to 2019, and the Tampa Bay Lightning in 2020.

The Beast's nickname is a reference to the city of Brampton's reputation as a "tough and blue-collar" city. The Beast were known for their aggressive and physical style of play.
