The High Desert Academy Firefox are the athletic teams of High Desert Academy, a private high school in Mojave, California. The Firefox compete in the California Interscholastic Federation (CIF) Southern Section.

The Firefox got their nickname from the red-tailed hawk, which is a common bird in the Mojave Desert. The red-tailed hawk is a symbol of strength, courage, and determination. The Firefox are proud of their namesake, and they use their platform to inspire students to be the best they can be.
