The Columbus Cottonmouths were a professional ice hockey team that played in the Southern Professional Hockey League (SPHL) from 1996 to 2017. The team played its home games at the Columbus Civic Center in Columbus, Georgia.

The Cottonmouths were named after the cottonmouth snake, which is a venomous snake that is common in the southeastern United States. The team's mascot was a cottonmouth snake named "Sticks."
