The Arizona Empowerment are a professional softball team located in Phoenix, Arizona. They compete in the Women's Professional Fastpitch (WPF), the top women's softball league in the United States. The Empowerment are a new team, having been founded in 2023, but they have quickly become one of the most popular teams in the league.

The Empowerment got their name from their commitment to empowering women and girls through the sport of softball. The team is made up of some of the best softball players in the world, and they are dedicated to using their platform to inspire and uplift others.
