Ingredients:

  • 4 medium-sized potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or any other cheese of your choice)
  • 2-3 tablespoons honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil


Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and scrub the potatoes, then pat them dry with a paper towel. Pierce each potato several times with a fork to allow steam to escape while baking.
  3. Rub the potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle salt and pepper over them.
